The ranges participating in the Week of Independent Bookshops (WUB) – 04.11. to 11.11.2023 – will choose their favourite book of the year from the five nominated shortlist titles between 02 and 13.10.2023. At the Frankfurt Book Fair, it will then be announced which book has won the race and will receive the award on site. Wibke Ladwig and Sarah Reul (Pinkfisch, Buchladen am Freiheitsplatz in Hanau) will moderate the event.
