This year, the Börsenblatt Young Excellence Award goes to Tobias Groß. The bookseller and former spokesperson for Zukunftsparlament (Future Parliament) is being honored for his commitment to the book industry. He wins out over nine other nominees from Germany, Austria, and Switzerland who were up for election in the online vote.

The Börsenblatt Young Excellence Award honors outstanding personalities up to the age of 39 who are making a difference in the book industry – whether in a bookstore, publishing house, service company or self-employed. The trade magazine Börsenblatt presents the award together with the companies of the Börsenverein Group: Börsenverein des Deutschen Buchhandels, Frankfurter Buchmesse, Mediacampus Frankfurt and MVB.
